- Glad to hear that. Injuries are a drag. It's bad enough that we have to watch what we eat!! Hopefully, you can run with the Celiac group at the Spinx Run Fest on October 31. Are you going to the potluck on Saturday? We will be there. Hope to see you there.

I am doing fine. I hope you are well and have no injuries hampering your running. I ran a little over 8 miles this morning. It was nice a cool for a change. I hope to see you next Saturday at the potluck.

I'm glad you joined the group. I was sorry that you didn't make it to Lieu's. We had a great turn out and a nice time.
I will not be at the meeting in November because I will be meeting my new granddaughter in Boston that week.
